1. Can I get a quote over the phone?

   Yes, it is possible to give a quotation over the phone.

2. The land isn't completely level so is it possible to erect a marquee on sloping terrain?

   Yes, depending on the severity of the slope.
   A full site survey will be completed to assess suitability and any particular site constraints prior to erection.
   
   A complete risk assessment will be carried out.

3. Will I be charged for the site survey?

   No, the survey is completed free of charge.

4. When is the marquee erected?

   The marquee is generally erected 1-2 days prior to the event in order to give sufficient time for the setup i.e. furniture etc

5. When would the marquee be taken down?

   Normally the day after the event, depending on the clients wishes.

6. Are marquees suitable for winter events?

   Marquees are suitable throughout the year. In winter, marquees can be heated and temperature controlled.

7. What is the difference between lined and unlined marquees?

   Lined marquees are suitable for most events where an aesthetically pleasing finish is required.
   
   With unlined marquees, the framework is visible from the inside.

8. Will the marquee damage cables or pipes?

   No. The site survey will identify any potential for damage and any other requirements for the marquee erection.

9. Will the marquee damage the grass?

   The covered area may fade in colour slightly but will quickly recover.

10. What size marquee would I need?

    This depends on the number of guests invited and whether it is seated or standing.
